I called Matthew the previous afternoon to discuss making an appointment for a squeaking in my front end and after some very thorough questions, he advised me to bring the vehicle in the next morning as the issue could perhaps be a safety hazard. I arrived at the shop at 8:15 and was greeted warmly by Matthew at the front desk. He remembered exactly what we had discussed the previous day but assured me that he would be going into the diagnostic with an open mind rather than a preconceived notion of what the problem was.
Matthew and Francisco diagnosed my vehicle within 15 minutes as needing new front brakes, as a previous brake job by another person had been performed incorrectly. They walked me through the whys and hows and gave me an incredibly reasonable quote both for the price of the repair and the time. I was able to wait in their very clean, cool customer waiting area for just a couple of hours while the job was completed and was on my way within just a few hours of arriving.
All in all, I could not be more pleased with the service I received at Matthew's Service and Repair. I will most certainly be going back to them for any future car repairs and recommending them to all of my family and friends!
