Mary said she went to this business to have them diagnose a problem with her power steering. She was told she needed a new pump and tensioners, which would cost her $1500. She went to another similar business for a second opinion where she was told the pump was not needed, which saved her $500 and fixed the problem. She will come back to them because they do good work, but in this particular instance she found a better deal elsewhere.
