My only recommendation for an upgrade is to improve communication with the customer. Use automation tools as reminders to call customers back, keep them informed of the estimated completion time, train associates with down time to call back customers. We live in an instant messaging, constant contact world and thus customers should never have to initiate multiple calls to check completion status on their wheels.
