Hal said he was overcharged on an estimate which was not clear and was included in the repair cost. He said he would not do business with them again so he would not recommend them.

Hal asked us to diagnose the drivability problem he was having with his car, not simply to provide an estimate. After we told him what the cost would be for the repairs, and he chose to complete the repairs himself. At that time, he was charged for one hour of diagnostic time, even though more than an hour was spent on his car. I am sorry that Hal feels he was overcharged, but our diagnostic rates are posted so there is no confusion as to what the charges will be for computer-related diagnosis.
