Mr. Mendoza is under the impression that we broke his windshield washer nozzles, which are located under his hood. The repairs we performed were to an airbag system, which is located inside the vehicle and nowhere near the nozzles. I did, as a courtesy, check his fluids under the hood, again nowhere near the nozzles. With regard to his statement of "there was nothing wrong with his vehicle" -- the repairs being performed were to allow it to receive a salvage title as the car had previously been totalled. We offered to fix the nozzles free of charge as a goodwill gesture, so I don't understand his dissatisfaction.
