Mark said they were very knowledgeable. They underestimated how long it would take to get the part, so his vehicle was delayed 1.5 hours. The quality of work was perfect. They should overestimate the time needed. He would return, but will have a ride next time.

Because of the age of your vehicle, the part required for your repair was not available at the closest location of our supplier. We did send one of our employees to the distribution center to pick up the part (instead of waiting for it to be delivered), but when he arrived he unexpectedly had to wait for the order to be filled. In order to prevent situations like this, calling ahead can help. If we know what part is required, it can be ordered ahead so that it's already here when a customer arrives. We always try to estimate the most accurate time, and we would not want to overestimate delivery times unnecessarily. We do apologize for your wait time during your recent visit.
