I will never go to another auto repair shop and have said this before. Chris at Metric listened to what I was saying about my car and was as persistent as I was to find the root of the problem and get it fixed. As he said, we'll get it fixed and they did. Any other car repair specialist would have tried to patronize me but not Chris. He listened to what was going on with my car and how only in certain situations, it wouldn't clear the car of the moisture in the car cabin and frost would build up inside the cabin. He had to recreate the problem and isolate the issue and after working hard to find the problem.......he found it and now it runs the way it should. Thank you Metric Auto Works: you listened to me, believed me, and worked with me to get my car fixed. You are amazing and a rare gem in the world of auto repair. They stand behind their one year work warranty and stand by their word. Thank you again and I'll see you in the future for further repairs.
