Went in for some work and was greeted by the cutest, nicest girl. She introduced herself as Aubrey and helped make my appointment go very smooth. Aubrey really showed she knew what she was taking about and was very professional the whole time. I enjoyed working with her.

"replacing drive axle nuts, for the recall"
I went to my Kia dealer for a couple of oil filters to change my oil. So after that I went to set up an appointment to have my axle nut's replaced. I thought it would be for the next week, but the service manager asked me if I had time to have it done that day, and I said yes I do, so they got my Soul in that day , and they got it done fast. Now that is what I call very good service. You have a very good team at Metro Kia Of Madison. To them I say thank you
