Honesty
The best part of going to Myers automotive is knowing that I am not going to be taken advantage of. I went in for an oil change and asked about when I needed my next tune up. Since I don't keep up with knowing when it is due, I assumed it was overdue. Burke informed me that I was not due for the tune up and should wait until my next oil change. He easily could have said it was time just to make the money for his business, but he didn't. That is why I trust him and only come back to his shop.
