What amazing customer service from your Service Dept. It begins the moment you drop your vehicle off to delivery after the repair. My service was going to take longer than originally anticipated due to a part that required a special order. I was immediately offered a loaner and a latte to ease my inconvenience. After the repair was complete, the service counselor reviewed everything that was done and insisted contact them if any issues arise regarding the repair. He then handed me the paperwork and a voucher for a free car wash! Wow! Thank you Dan.
