Walk-in
Brought my 2010 Prius in as it was making a high pitched screeching sound while the car was moving. Turned out to be a rock stuck in the brake backing plate. Advisor was very helpful and gave a loaner car. Problem was diagnosed and dealt with in about 4 hours.
