Michael's Toyota of Bellevue

I had my Lexus ES300 in for an oil and filter change. The brke fluid and Power Steering fluid both need to be change.
I specifically told the service Rep. not to add any air to the tires as I have nitrigen in them. When I got home I read that not only was air put in the tires but the tires were inflated to 32 PSI and the door post specifically states 26 PSI. Not pleased.!

Typically, I have a very good experience with Toyota service care. However, this time, I was not so lucky. After waiting over 35 minutes beyond the scheduled end time, I finally found the associate taking care of me. He said he had been trying to call me for over 30 minutes. But instead of calling the # I gave him, he was calling a different # on the paperwork. I waited 1 1/2 hours for a simple oil change and they didn't even wash the car since they are doing construction. Very disappointing this time around

Friendly service preformed in a timely maner.

Great to be able to schedule an oil change appointment on the weekend. Service is excellent. Since their car wash facility isn't available, I liked the fact that they provide free Brown Bear car wash coupons without even me requesting one.

All was fine. The brake quote was too expensive and I went to Meineke for better quality (ceramic brakes) at less than 1/2 the price. But service on everything else was great.
