I had my heart set on a very specific car. Little did I know this car was extremely difficult to obtain. The staff at Michael's worked hard to get me the car and were very patient with my frequent phone calls and questions. to make it even better I am thrilled with the car now that I have it.

30,000 miles check up
First, they did not tell me it would take 2-1/2 hours to do the service when I made a reservation over the phone. I was only expecting it would take one hour or so. Also, when I checked in, I had to wait a while for him to print out the service contract. They said that it's under construction, but I did not get my car washed or vacummed. After I waited for over 3 hours and $600, my 'maintenance required' lamp came on on my car! Do I have to make another trip to the service? and to 'Brown Bear' to get my car washed? I have a day job and I do not have much time to make another trip to the service.

Great timing and service!
I've dropped my 2001 Toyota Echo at around 4 p.m. on a Friday afternoon. By Saturday morning they've found out that the horrific noice coming from under the hood meant that the alternator had to be replaced. They've replaced the alternator and the front break pads. The car runs great now. I thought they were pretty good at Michael's Toyota.

Great Selection and Professional Sales Staff
Kevin and Nick from Internet Sales were very responsive and knowledgeable. They made great suggestions, they knew their product and efficiently moved us through the sales process. We felt no pressure as we proceeded through the transactions. They earned a 5 Star rating. However, we were disappointed in the long wait to see the financial person to finish the transaction. Then when we got in to see him we had to listen to a "sales pitch" for a number of other service extras. This unsatisfactory part of the experience is why we lowered our rating to 4 Stars.

Bamboozled
Was troubled to find out what was sold to me as a "three year maintenance plan" was a mere marketing ploy. The fine print was so hidden in the details when I purchased this rig, that to call this a three year plan is just a flat lie. I understand the 25K miles, just don't tell people this is a "three year" plan, when it is clearly not. There is already a mix of confusion and emotion when committing to such an expensive purchase, so to skew the facts to simply sell someone is a lack of character.

routine oil change
The attendant was rude and dismissive. The hole process was unnecessarily lengthy and complex. I had an appt. I arrived on time, Despite that I still had to wait over 90 min for a service that I believe could easily have been provided in 30 min.
