Scheduled appointments take too long
I made an appointement to get my snow tires removed. Showed up on time in the middle of a weekday and it took 2 1/2 before the care was ready.

2 hour oil change
Michael's is typically great but yesterday morning was brutal. I showed up very early for my 8:15am appointment (7:45am) and checked in. I was told it could be up to an hour for the service. OK... Well at 9:30am I found the guy who checked me in and asked what was going on, he checked and said it'd be ready soon. 15 minutes later I was on my way. Even subtracting the 30 minutes that I was early a 90 minute oil change is silly.

Mr. Hunt was all that a consumer could ask for! Prompt, friendly, and considerate!
My boyfriend was in the car business for years and he won't let me deal with dealerships with a bad reputation... This was my first time coming to Michaels Toyota he told me to ask for Dan Hunt or Brian Coward! He swears by these guys tells me that that he won't let anyone work on his Cars other than them. Dan was very helpful and knowledgeable. He gave me great customer service.
