Nice but slow. Had to go elsewhere for my replacement tire.
they were nice enough but it took them over an hour to figure out that they didn't have the right tire for my car. I was there for over an hour amd ended up with nothing . had to go someplace else.

Good service
In the midst of the Prius recalls, ordinary service was not quite as swift as I have come to expect. An oil change, tire-rotation, and general inspection took about an hour more than usual, but there was a shuttle service available if I needed to go anywhere. You will have to call ahead rather than book online if you need a loaner.
They tend to under-promise the service and over-estimate the cost. This is not a bad thing. Just brace yourself for a high estimate for the service needed. It will probably end up being lower, in my experience.
The waiting room is quite pleasant if you choose to wait on site while your car is being serviced. There are lots of comfortable seats, CCTV, coffee, newspapers, and freshly-baked chocolate chip cookies!

Their service department is on top of it each time I visit. I discovered that there was a headlamp out when I got home; they were able to replace it for me the next morning.
