Michael's Toyota of Bellevue

Another great service appointment from Toyota, I received a loaner with no problems, kept it longer than was supposed to due to parts availability and the staff were very professional and polite. My car sounds much better and Toyota found and fixed a couple of leaks that I had no idea were happening. Great job again guys!

Although I live in Eastern WA, I always bring my Highlander back to the place I bought it. Service is prompt, and consistently dependable.

The Toyota service is good and thorough - but I wouldn't say it's any better than other dealer service centers I've used (Ford, Honda, Nissan). Michaels Toyota, though, seems extremely expensive for simple maintenance jobs. They are also one of the slowest (in terms of dropping cars off and picking them up). You have to wait for a attendant who turns you over to a service advisor who, once everything is done, explains stuff before turning you over to the cashier (who has yet another person bring the car up). (which I guess explains the high price - they have to pay a ton of people). If someone along the chain is busy, you'll end up waiting. Sometimes for quite a while. (Toyota is the only place I've experienced this)

I had a great recent experience when taking my car in for the oil change. It fast and efficent. Very friendly, informative staff. My only reccomendation would be for them to tell me where my car was after I've paid. I had to search for it.
