Did the job in twice the estimated time
They did everything fine in a 5K service schedule with a slight problem that they took 2 hours instead of 1 hour. My rest of the day schedule got screwed up due to this delay.

Oil Change
Extremely Slow oil change!! when there on an saturday morning, the place is not even busy. But it take a good 85 minutes for a schedule oil change.

They say something and sell something
1. Price quote something on phone which will be cheaper than others, but when you go they will offer you different price.
2. Once they come to know that the kind of car you are looking not available at other dealers, they will bump up the price and you will not have anyother place to go other than pay extra
I fell into this trap and bought the car.
No after paying extra when the time came forservice, the torture does not stop there, sevice is horrible. within a month of service and about 1000 miles driving I keep getting alert to change oil, I called service manager few times with no luck of returningfcall.

First visit with a new Toyota
While the visit was overall a positive one, there are several items that would have helped. This was my very first service visit to Michael's. The service representitive did not orient me as to where to sit while my Carmy Hybrid was serviced. While I left the Toyoto service record opened to the correwct place on the seat, it was not filled out after the service was completed and I had to ask to have it filled out. I had to ask how long the service would take.

Fast and friendly
Everything is always great. I just wish they would vacume and wash my car every time I bring it in. Sometimes they do and sometimes they don't.

The inside door molding was scratched to the metal - and no one told me nor repaired the mark.

Way too busy!
I took my car in for the first oil change on Sat. I had a concern that the VIN etching I paid for had not been completed when I had been told it had been. I was told it wasn't a big deal and that I still had the protection that came with it. I was given a business card and told to call on Monday. Really? I paid good money for the VIN etching and some other items too - now I have no confidence that the other items I was told were completed at the same time as the etching were actually done.
