Appointment system bad
Appointment system does not work. I took the appointment from your website for 11:30 AM July 27. Greeter and service advisor both were unable to find that appointment in the system. I showed them the email confirming my reservation. But they said we generally give appointment at 11:15, 11:45, not at 11:30. Anyways, they took my car for service. When the car was returned to me, it was in bad shape, the black marks all over the place around driver's seat. They cleaned it up after I reported it. But I have to wait for 15 minutes. The service advisor didn't want to spend time and explain things. He didn't even inspect the car externally. My car just came out of body shop after repair. And I believe, the meachanic or somebody at your service store hit the car by the side. I didn't have any proof as there was no recordings of external damage when the car was the taken for service. I didn't even bother to report it. My first experience in January 2012 was good, but this time it was BAD.

The dealership just did a service with out asking me. The work that I wanted done was poor workmanship and was not acceptible and is now falling apart.

Great Service!
I came in late in the day with an emergency light on. I was given a loaner car to drive home and received a call the next day when my car had been diagnosed. Best repair situation I've had in a long time!!!

Exceptional customer experience
It is always a PLEASURE instead of a hassle to go to Michael's for service/oil changes, whatever. The people are great, efficient, and knowledgeable. i actually look forward to going to the dealership. Best car buying and service experienced in my 39 years of driving.

Excellent Service Department
The Service Department at Michael's is outstanding. I have never had an unpleasant experience, or a surprise with the billing. I am planning on purchasing another Prius in the very near future and would not consider going to any other dealer. My latest service adviser was Justin, who went above and beyond to help me with my mechanical issues. Great Dealership, and Outstanding Service Department. Two thumbs up to all.
