Great Service. Responsive to my needs
Responsiveness to customer needs.
Toyota adressed my car problem which was indicated by a warning light and worked my problem without my scheduling it and loaned me a new Prius without charge while fixing the problem.

Renewed Confidence in Micheal's Quality Service Repair
The Service Mgr contacted me to confirm they have corrected the situation and has assured me I will never have a problem with servicing my vehicle there again
Questioning the Quality of Repair Service from Micheal s Toyoto QuestionableQuestion about
I've used this dealer for servicing my Toyota car for several years, but the poor quality of repair service they provided for my last two visits has me looking for someone else. After both visits, I've had to go back to dealer to either get them to replace the wrong parts they've installed or repair the work that they've done ? In one case, where they over tighten the lug nuts, I had to pull over off the freeway to avoid an accident. I always have to fight with them to recover my out of pocket costs for their mistakes and never have been offered any other compensation for my time and trouble. I've taken my car to their dealership for quality service and it appears that's only what they advertise and not what you really get?

New AC recharge machine has arrived
Michael's called me today (4/25) to say their new AC recharged machine is there so I was able to schedule an appointment for early next week when I have time in my schedule to bring the car in.
Usuallyl great service but still waiting for AC recharge
My experience with Michael's has always been great. That's why I am a little disappointed in the amount of time it is taking to get my AC fluid recharged after a radiator replacement on my 2003 Prius.
The tech told me that their AC recharge machine is broken & they have a new one on order. The radiator was repaired on April 6th, requiring drainage of AC fluid. It's April 23rd & still no word on when I'll get AC working. I would still recommend Michael's but would do it with "qualifications" now.

Review Update
Received a call from the Director of the Service Department. He explained how the mistakes happened and did not make an excuse for them. He has given me his direct line to contact him in the future for other repairs and promised on free repair when warranty expires. With this kind of service, I will give them a try again. Hopefully not too soon though.
New Car Rattle
After three different visits and the car in the shop longer than I have owned it, I gave up on them. They don't return calls, gave me my car back thinking they had worked on it and mistakenly hadn't. How can you trust a place like this. The final time I only worked with the manager and still the problem was not solved. Very nicer person, but the "Master Mechanic" that worked on my can should have handled this or at least they should have had someone else take a look at it. I finally got fed up with them and have taken the car to another dealer for the repair.

New PriusV Equipped with Scratches
Looks good... and Jennifer had my new Cargo Net installed before I arrived to pick-up the Vehicle. Thank you Jennifer...
New Vehicle Prep
They forgot to take care of the two scratches before sealing the paint. Vehicle is to be returned tomorrow(03/19) at 7:00 a.m. to remove scratches and re-seal paint. I was told it will take 3-days.

Nick from Michael's Toyota responded immediately and appropriately to my concern. I appreciated his quick response and have a better understanding about what work was done. I will bring my car back there for service.
Not honest
I was called with an estimate for a repair and was told the car's console would have to be removed in order to fix the issue. While the issue got fixed (something was stuck in a tray cover) I believe it was a quick fix and I was deliberately misled on the pricing and scope of work. When I picked up the car, it was obvious the console had never been removed. I don't trust them and won't be back.

I received 2 calls from the manager about resolving the issue. While it is too late to solve the issues from the visit, the manager has said that he will follow up with the service advisor to whom I was assigned, Justin, and provided a free 5000 mile oil change.
Not so great this time
My call about what was wrong when I set the appointment was not passed along, my "service advisor" was not available when I arrived or when the car was supposed to be repaired and wasn't, plus the tech. who then said is it OK if I have the car more time so that I can put it back together? (Duh! So I'm going to leave with a car that's pulled apart...)

Timely and efficient
Had a check light on and needed routine service. Got a prompt appointment and the work was done as scheduled and UNDER estimate. The Check light was a trivial problem, so I wasn't charged for the repair. The kind of result I expect from Michael's.
