"I had a one o'clock appt.I arrived a little early and was greeted in a friendly manner."
The service representative came into the waiting room to tell me I needed something additional on my car.and she pulled the car right up to where I was standing. [I really apppreciated that because I am disabled.

Not sure. The service department was great. I wasn't thrilled when the financing department played around with the billing. I was told my payment would be $399.00 a month but it is not. Every other month I am being charged $402.00. To me that is a little sneaky.
