"Customer service people are nice"
Customer service was nice and tried as much as possible for me not to wait too long. One thing for sure I won't buy tires from them next time, they were too expensive and to mount them was equally expensive.

"AC unit "
Outstanding customer service provided by Joseph Kaufmann. Our AC part was placed on back order from the manufacturer and Mid Island Hyundai was extremely proactive in resolving the issue, decreasing the wait time and making sure we have a functional AC unit for the summer. Lucky to have a place like this in our neighborhood.

"Typical dealer"
I guess I am upset with myself for being susceptible to an 'upsell'. Having found a dirty air filter (which I should have replaced myself for < $20), it was replaced for about $45 at the dealer. I was also sold a injector cleaning process for about $169 which I shouldn't have bought. I can't find any evidence that this is a service required by Hyundai and is recommended by the dealer.

I was pretty happy with this dealership, but don't trust myself in being upsold on unnecessary services, so I probably won't be returning.
