Ed said his regular mechanic doesn't do alignments so he called Dave's in Fredericton. They said they send all their vehicles to Mike's Wheel Alignment, and it's the best in town. He'd just bought new tires and didn't want to wait a week for an alignment elsewhere, and this business took him in right away the same day. They were courteous, and nice good natured people. It was on time, they did good work, and he was very happy. They pointed out there was a little play on the side which would need taking care of in the future, and he decided to schedule to have that done. Ed stated he knew when auto parts were changed out it would need aligning again, but taking it to this business he didn't have anything to worry about. There's a spot he drives over five times a week that hits hard, but after the alignment it wasn't as hard. This business tightened things up and straightened things out, and it was going to have some play because it has the original struts, but they did an excellent job and he'd definitely recommend them. He and his wife like to deal with local businesses, and what his wife says is that if they find good service, even if there's a sale or better price somewhere else, they will continue doing business with that person when they find someone they know who is going to do the job right. Ed stated he's not a paid advertisement and he hopes he hasn't over sold them, and he's just telling the way he feels. It was a great experience.
