Santiago said he rated his overall experience a 4, because they gave him a specific promised time. Then they called, and advised the promised time would be postponed, but chose not to say how long. He was satisfied with the quality of the repair service, except for 1 issue. There was a cap, which goes on the bumper, a hook to tow the vehicle. They provided him with a cost estimate, but the cost was too high. He kept the original cap, and it has a scratch. He requested they look for a solution to fix the original cap, however they did not fix it. His repair service was completed 1 day late. The business was busy with other customers’ vehicles, and they needed additional time to complete the repairs. The front desk representative took care of him, and he performed an excellent job. He would rate his level of services at the business a 6.
