Andrea said they did not receive a rating of a five because her expectations are very high because she works in retail. She stated they did a good job but they could have done better and she would not elaborate. She mentioned the quality of the repair went smooth and they did a good job. She noted she was unsure on who prepared her estimate for her. She added the personnel were very nice.
