Timothy said they did not receive a rating of a five because he had to wait a long time for his parts to come in. He stated his vehicle was ready about 4 days later than the original promise time because they had to wait for parts. He mentioned he was satisfied with the quality of the repair except for the fact that he has a seal with a crack in it and he would not elaborate. He added he was not kept adequately informed during the repair process because he had to call in for updates while they were waiting for his parts. He said he was not completely satisfied with the shop?s communication because he did not receive any phone calls from them
