Lawrence said he had to return several times for damage this business did. The repair tracker was too generic and only told him parts were on back order. Lee said she thought they did a great job on her vehicle at this business. It was cleaner when she picked it up than when she dropped it off. They have a good environment to be in if it is necessary to wait for the service. She had to wait for a certain representative to help her that was making copies and taking calls when she came in. She said she thinks the representative might have forgotten about her and they need to put their customers first at this business.

Spoke with Francis. She said this business planned ahead and ordered the bumper her vehicle was needing. When they had the bumper, they installed it quickly and it looks very nice.

Andrei said Ken cooperatively helped him. The first delay was a week long while waiting on insurance information. The second delay was 2 days long because they had to reorder a part that turned out to be defective after installation. Their E-mail system for reporting repair progress is good, but he found it confusing.
