Tisha said she had a great visit. Aaron was wonderful. She can hear a rattling sound coming from the inside of the vehicle. She said she loved the BMW tracker, it was fabulous because she was able to view everything that was going on.

Osneyda said the communication with the facility was not good. On the last day, she called and asked the receptionist to tell the person dealing with the repair to contact her before he went to lunch but he didn't call her until much later. Osneyda wanted to tell him she absolutely had to pick up the vehicle by 4:00. The receptionist told her she could only transfer her to his voice mail and when she asked to speak to the manager, he didn't speak to her and only related the messages through the receptionist. She said the insurance did not want to pay extra for the rental and she had to fight the 5:00 traffic to get her vehicle which was so inconvenient for her.
