Spoke with Tor. He said this business did a good paint job and the feedback was good. His vehicle was ready a week later than promised because he needed more parts.

Dolores said she has used this business twice and they did an excellent job both times. She said Joe is always very nice. He is courteous and efficient. The people at the front desk are really nice and the rental vehicle facility is conveniently located right on site.

Sandra said they were very nice and polite. Michael did a great job.

Spoke with Annette. She said the work was done with a quick turnaround.

Osneyda said the communication with the facility was not good. On the last day, she called and asked the receptionist to tell the person dealing with the repair to contact her before he went to lunch but he didn't call her until much later. Osneyda wanted to tell him she absolutely had to pick up the vehicle by 4:00. The receptionist told her she could only transfer her to his voice mail and when she asked to speak to the manager, he didn't speak to her and only related the messages through the receptionist. She said the insurance did not want to pay extra for the rental and she had to fight the 5:00 traffic to get her vehicle which was so inconvenient for her.
