David said it was a good experience and they did a really good job on his BMW. There was a 4 to 5 day delay while they waited for parts.

Tim said that they did everything really well by sending him email updates and having his vehicle ready when promised.

Spoke with Fabio. He said their quality of work was excellent. His vehicle was a couple of days later than expected. Although he was told what the reason was, he does not recall what it was. He also said it was nothing critical.

Gilbert said they are very helpful and everything is up to par and they always do everything right and will recommend and continue to go to this facility. There was a scratch on the back bumper that was touched up but when he picked up his vehicle, he was told by the person that a second scratch had also been touched up. He questioned the second scratch and told the person that had he known about it, he would have had the entire bumper painted and not only touched up because he's very detailed and wants his vehicle to look right. The person assisting him stated he was going to talk to his manager about this issue but since Monday, has not heard from him. He always loves the quality of work that they do.

Elaine said the facility was efficient and they communicated very well and the repair did not cost her a ton of money.
