Elliott said the employees at this business did not treat him very well and Joe had an attitude with him. He said he asked if they could look at his CD player because it kept skipping and he thought maybe something had happened to it when he was in the accident. The employee got an attitude with him and told him he would have to call State Farm himself to see if they could do something for him and then employee just shunned him. He was not satisfied with the quality of the repair because when he left the business he found that his left blinkers were not working and also his brake light. He called Joe before he got home and Joe told him he would have to take it somewhere else. The person that prepared his estimate did not do a good job because they had missed these items. He did not like the way the personnel treated him for the reasons mentioned. He would not recommend or ever go back to this business based on this experience.
