Regina said her vehicle was ready when promised. The business told the insurance company the repair process would be completed by June seventh, but it was not ready until June nineteenth. She was granted rental coverage through the seventh. However, when the delay occurred this business never updated the insurance company. She had to pay for two extra days worth of the rental vehicle and was not informed about this delay ahead of time. They found additional damages and had to wait for the adjuster to come out a second time. The adjuster caused the delay because he was busy.
