Hui said overall, he was satisfied with the service but not entirely with having to wait five months to get his vehicle back because BMW didn't have the parts available. He was happy with the quality but the back door had some residue on the bottom and the alignment is not one hundred percent perfect, but he stated these are minor issues. There was no promised time. He stated even though BMW has the majority of the responsibility, Momentum needs to better plan the scheduling, the prediction and expediting of the parts or have the capability of intervening early enough.
