Ted said he brought his son's vehicle to this business for repairs. He stated he wasn't promised a time when he would get the vehicle back. Ted stated he had nothing to do with the estimate, because his insurance company took care of it. He remarked this business took care of a minor repair, a dent on the bumper, and he has the following issue with this business. Prior to bringing this vehicle in for repairs his son never had a problem with his key unlocking and locking the doors. After Ted picked up his son's vehicle the key no longer locks or unlocks the doors. When he told Joe, the person who helped him with everything, about the above issue Joe spoke with his manager. The manager said it would cost Ted $135 for a diagnostic regarding the key issue. Ted pointed out the manager wouldn't budge from this position. Even though Joe was very nice to him, this business refused to assume any responsibility for the key issue, and they should have taken care of the key issue as a courtesy. He added something happened to the key while this business had the vehicle. Ted concluded the above is a black mark against this business.
