Karen said the business provides good service, but Jay did not return her telephone calls. He did not submit things in a timely manner to the insurance company, and he did not keep her verbally updated on the status of her vehicle. He sent vague text messages, that did not explain anything. She did not have any interaction with the employees, but she did complain to his manager, and she received the same treatment from the manager. She was told her vehicle would take 2 weeks, but it took a month. They gave her various reasons, but initially they did not work on her vehicle for a week. Jay said it was because the insurance would not submit forms, but the insurance said they never received paper work from the business. She said she will never go back to this business again because of the way she was treated.
