Brian said his vehicle was 5 days late because of a parts delay. It was not an inconvenience for him and he understood it was out of this business’ control. He really appreciates the online tracking service, but due to the lengthy parts delay he would have appreciated a direct phone call to update him on the status of his vehicle. He said that he is overall very happy with this business.
