Isel said she is having problems with this business. Her vehicle was there for a month and a half and the employee that she was dealing with was no longer there. Her rental vehicle was charged the entire month and a half that her vehicle was being repaired. She had made several calls to the employee she was dealing with, the entire time. He had not responded to her calls and texts, in regards to her repair and vehicle. The customer service was terrible. When she finally went in to pick up her vehicle, there was additional damage that had not been present, prior to her visit. The business told her they would take care of the issue and she immediately spoke with the manager, who was very helpful. She will be returning next week to fix the additional damage to her windshield.
