Mary said she has a high end vehicle. She took it to what she thought was a high end facility. Over spray was left on the vehicle, and it had paint blemishes. She had to take it back a second time, and it was a week late. Their customer service skills were very poor. She had to make all of the calls to find out the status of her vehicle. The estimate process could have been more professional.
