Spoke with Rod. He said the insurance company and this business were disorganized. He took the day off of work to bring his vehicle to this business and when he got there they told him he had to make an appointment. They did not tell him how long the work was going to take. He was not kept informed about the progress of the repairs and he does not know why. He left his contact number with this business but no one called him at all. He was not satisfied with the thoroughness of the person that prepared his estimate because they would not perform a wheel alignment and he had to pay to have the vehicle aligned elsewhere. He said he had been hit from behind by another driver and he was treated as though he had done something wrong. He said they did not communicate with him at all. He would not recommend this business based on this experience.
