Leila said the business initially contacted her, and then there was a long delay because they were waiting for the insurance company to approve the work. She had to call and get the approval from the insurance company herself and she got it right away. She had to keep her rented vehicle for 10 extra days because they didn't communicate with the insurance company. They had to do additional work and couldn't get in contact with the agent because the BMW dealer was passing the case to someone else while they took a vacation. She was not kept informed due to the reasons mentioned.
