Krishna stated that his vehicle was late by two days because of a parts delay. He mentioned that he wasn't kept adequately informed during the repair process. The business never called him to inform him when his parts were in. He had to go to the business to find out if his parts were in. Krishna said that he wasn't satisfied with the communication because of the above mentioned reasons.
