Jorge said his vehicle sat at the business for 1 week without any work done. They did not call him and when they finally made a call they called his employer. He had given them his home number and they should have called him. He called his insurance company who told him all of the paperwork had not been filled out but as soon as he finished that conversation the business began working on his vehicle. They did not give him a promised time for delivery of his vehicle but after a month and a half they called him and told him his vehicle was ready. He went to pick it up and it was very dusty and dirty. His insurance company only allowed 1 month for a rental vehicle and he is dealing with them right now trying to get reimbursement for the 2 weeks he had to pay out of pocket. He chose this business because he thought their association with the dealership that he purchased his vehicle from would assure good work and service. The service was very bad. He would never use this business again and would not recommend this business to others for the reasons mentioned.
