John said he didn't rate his overall experience with this business higher because of the following. He received emails updating him on the status of his vehicle until they found additional damage, and had to keep his vehicle for an extra week and a half. During the week and a half delay period they stopped sending email updates, and he had to initiate all of the calls to get status reports regarding his vehicle. He was kept adequately informed prior to the week and a half period where he wasn't kept informed at all. Because of the above he was satisfied with some of this business's communication, but not all of it.
