Samson said he rated his overall experience with the business a 1, because of 1 issue. When he received his vehicle back from the business, there was $7,655 worth of damages inside his vehicle. It appeared like a rat got inside his vehicle, chewed up each of the leather seats, and different knobs. Samson stated he felt flabbergasted by the issue. The manager would take zero responsibility for the damages. He brought his vehicle to another repair center, and they provided the estimate of damages. He has an attorney and they are considering the next step in the process to sue the business. The bumper repair service was fine. The representatives performed a great job with the repair service they did complete on his vehicle. Samson chose not to elaborate on the details regarding the thoroughness of the estimate, because the estimate was between the third-party insurance company and the business. He wasn't completely satisfied with the way he was treated by the personnel, because of the reasons above. Samson would not recommend the business, because of the reasons above.
