Alton said his vehicle needed a broken window and ashtray fixed. The business told him to bring it to the dealership. After being there for an hour and a half they told him to take it to the business. When he brought it to the business they told him to return to the dealership, so the insurance adjustor could make another adjustment. This delayed the whole process of repairing his vehicle. He was not given a promised time when it would be ready, so he chose not to evaluate the issue. There was a lack of communication when the vehicle was ready. They did not inform him to pick it up until an hour before closing, when it had been ready for hours. When he picked it up it was extremely dirty. He would appreciate that the next time the business clean the interior before they return it to him. He would not recommend the business for reasons already stated.
