Jim said the vehicle was delayed 2 weeks because of insurance and parts issues. The business emailed him to let him know about the delay. The estimate was done by the insurance company. On a previous visit to this business his tire picked up a body screw. He said the business denied the screw came from their lot. He said he thought the business should have paid for the tire repair.
