Dennis said the end result and the correspondence were okay, but the repair took 3 times longer than the initial estimated promised time. He said in the beginning the front bumper cover needed to be replaced, not repaired. During the repair they discovered they needed to replace the part instead of repairing it, as previously suggested. He received 10 emails telling him that the delivery status date had been changed to another estimated time. He said it was unprofessional and the representatives should know how long it should take to complete the repairs on a vehicle. The representatives did good work. The vehicle was 2 weeks late because they found additional damage. He wasn't satisfied with the thoroughness of the person who prepared his estimate for the above reasons. He would recommend the business for repai and he will continue to do business with them. They are a good business. The business could serve him better by giving a more accurate time estimate and better estimates regarding the damage. He brought his vehicle to this business because he knew it would come back perfect.
