Mitch said he had the wheel well panel repaired and repainted. They used BMW white paint on his vehicle but his vehicle is thirteen years old and not BMW white. It is more of a white cream color. The tapelines are visible and no feathering was done to hide it. They made no effort to paint match and it is obvious that it has been repainted, but he stressed he was satisfied with the quality. They were very nice. When he brought in his vehicle they told him parts needed to be ordered. They didn't ask him to pay for the parts and let him leave the business while the parts were being ordered. When he called to see if the parts have arrived they told him they haven't ordered the parts yet because he needed to pay for them first. They don't call anymore to give status updates but they send emails. Their email system is okay but it didn't give a lot of information. They provided him a ride to and from the business, which made it easier for him.
