Mike said his experience just took a really long time, and he was paying out of pocket for the rental. Instead of the initial 3 or 4 days estimated, the repair took 9 days. He was unhappy and just really surprised also at paying $500 for a really dinky vehicle from Enterprise, but it was through this business. The whole experience was not a very pleasant one. This was his 2nd time at this business, and that experience was a little better, but the price for the Nissan Versa was ridiculous. It wasn't a good experience and he wasn't happy with the rental. This business never gave him an option on the vehicle he'd want and it was $55 a day. He called every day, he had to make it a point to keep bothering this business, and a lot of times he had to come in. He left messages but most of the time the messages were never returned. Also, there were no new parts used and it was $1,700 for a couple of dents. This business said the delay was because a lot more work needed to be done. The rear panel was bumped and it had to be more touched up more than they'd thought. Initially he was apprehensive because no new parts were required. The only time he got a call back was when he went in and complained to the lady at the desk, who said the estimator he was working with was at lunch. That day the estimator did call back.
