David said he was told his vehicle would be ready by the 19th, because he had to leave on the 20th. They did not receive the parts until the 20th. Also, the insurance company had to approve additional parts. For these reasons, his vehicle was delayed a week and he had to spend Christmas without his family. He was not satisfied with the estimate due to the reason mentioned. They gave him the only rental, which was a big SUV, but he did not need that size. He told Aaron he needed to be gone on the 20th, but this information did not get passed out to the other staff. When he asked about BMW giving him a free oil change for stranding him, Aaron laughed at him. He would not recommend this business, because he did not feel welcomed by Aaron like at other San Diego or Los Angeles businesses. At those other businesses, his vehicle would be returned to him spotless, detailed, and vacuumed. His vehicle was dusty and had not been vacuumed at this business.
