Dung said this business replaced the front end of her vehicle. She asked her service advisor, Joe a question about fixing the seatbelt hanger on the passenger side. He never responded to her about how to do it or why they were not going to work on it. When she picked up her vehicle they told her it had to be done at the dealership's service center. She wanted them to replace the rim with a brand new one. They told her that the insurance company would not cover that. She chose not to elaborate on the adjustor because she did not know much about the market price for the parts they replaced. She was totally satisfied with the their staff.
