William said he was not satisfied with the quality of the repair because when the bumper was repaired there was a fuse shortage that caused the check engine light to come on and he said the car was not in drivable condition. When this business tried to repair the problem the wire was not installed correctly. The BMW emblem on the bumper was scratched and it was not replaced. When he inspected the bumper there was some body work underneath it that was not done. This business did not take ownership for their mistakes. There was an issue with trying to get a rental car through the dealership. This business did not communicate well, they called him to let him know his vehicle was ready an hour before they closed and he was unable to pick up his vehicle in such a short amount of time. When he brought the vehicle in to drop it off for service the service gentleman who tried to help him did not listen to what he said and did not advise him appropriately. When he came to pick up the vehicle he noticed the emblem was still not repaired the service advisor told him to take the car to another dealership and the other business would be able to fix it if he did not to mention that the car was in an accident, which he did not like. The personnel were unprofessional, reckless and careless. When a person comes in for business they must be treated like a human being regardless of their culture background. He said he feels he was treated badly because he does not speak English fluently. If this business wants to perform service they should listen to the issues, document them and fix them appropriately. He said when they did not perform these actions for him he was pushed away and did not take care of him as a customer. Due to this experience William would not recommend them.
