Tiffany said she is not satisfied with her overall experience or the way she was kept informed because Jay was unprofessional and did not keep her informed unless she initiated contact with him. She was also disappointed with the rental vehicle she received. She waited an additional day for the repairs to be completed and said Jay told her the reason for the delay was because her vehicle was not the only one that needed repairs and there were other vehicles before hers. She was not updated as she would have liked. She said she is satisfied with the way she was treated by the personnel other than her interaction with Jay. She is very pleased with the communication by the manager, Josh, and the assistance she received from the rental vehicle assistant. She will not recommend them to others because of the reasons listed above.
